We want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date your order is received.

How to Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the item must be sent out within 7 days.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be brand new, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items are not eligible:

  • Earrings

  • Engraved or customised pieces

Return & Exchange Methods

You may choose one of the following options:

1. By Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be sent via a trackable delivery method

  • We are not liable for any lost mails during transit

2. Office Visit

  • You may arrange to return or exchange your item at our office.

Refunds

  • Returns are issued strictly in the form of store credits

  • No monetary refunds will be provided

Additional Notes

  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only

  • Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges if they:

    • Were purchased at 25% off or more / final sale

    • Were purchased using gift cards or store credits
